Extended Service Plan (ESP) Program

ImageStream provides warranty service and technical support for all products it manufactures. All routers include a 12-month warranty on hardware, and one year of free 24/7 technical support, except for the Envoy. The Envoy includes 2 hours of free technical support during business hours for the first year. ImageStream also includes an exclusive 31-day performance guarantee and free software upgrades for life with all routers. For all routers except the Envoy, the Extended Service Plan (ESP) program extends the 12 months of 24/7 technical support and warranty coverage through years 2 and 3 of product ownership. ESP service plans can be purchased at any time during the first year of ownership, but you will receive a discount for purchasing the service plan at the time of your router purchase. Many organizations prefer to purchase an Extended Service Plan because advance payment for these services ensures that the cost of technical support and normal repairs will have a fixed cost during the plan period.

Participation in the ESP program is NOT required to take advantage of the 12-month warranty and first year of 24/7 technical support that is included with every router except the Envoy. In addition, participation in the ESP program is never required to get service and support for your product.

If you do not purchase an Extended Service Plan, and the first year of included warranty coverage and technical support has expired, technical support and repair services are still available on a pay-as-you-go basis. This same approach is also used to provide service and support after the term of an Extended Service Plan has expired. With pay-as-you-go services, ImageStream provides standard rates for technical support, replacement parts, and service department labor. ImageStream NEVER requires the purchase of a service plan to access these services as needed.
